Software Distribution delay due to Time Zone difference.

Selecting local time instead of UTC can cause delay or no response on software distribution/updates. Today I faced a case that the client time zone is different from the sccm site server. Waited day long and still get no response. At the end found out that the time zone is different. After changed to the same time zone, the advertisement straight away pops up and performs software installation.

*Please make sure that the time zone of sccm site server and the time zone of client server is the same if you are using local time instead of UTC.
