Check Remote Access to WMI on the Target Machine

To check whether your SCCM server got the Remote Access to WMI permission on targeted machine, enter the “wbemtest.exe” in the command prompt of SCCM Site Server. A Windows Management Instrumentation Tester window will prompt out after you entered the command.

Click Connect on the Windows Management Instrumentation Tester window

Enter the targeted machine name into the Namespace, e.g \\TargetedMachine\root\cimv2 and then Click Connect.

You will be prompt an error if you cannot Remote Access to WMI, else you will get something like the picture below.
